I joined Redo as its first data hire and built the data function and platform from 0→1. Today I own architecture and technical direction across data and machine learning while continuing to write production code.

• Established the machine learning platform, including reusable infrastructure for training, deployment, experiment tracking, and developer workflows.
• Design clear, composable interfaces that engineers and AI agents can use to extend the platform without owning the underlying infrastructure.
• Lead a cross-functional team across data engineering, MLOps, data science, and analytics while advancing platform security and SOC 2/GDPR compliance.
• Use AI-assisted development throughout my own workflow to accelerate delivery without compromising architecture, code quality, or security.

Led distributed Data Acquisition teams across the US, India, and Serbia, owning architecture, hiring, code review, and delivery.

• Built high-concurrency acquisition systems that processed hundreds of millions of requests and records each day for market research and intelligence.
• Developed Go and Ruby on Rails services on AWS ECS, connected through queue-based ingestion workflows.
• Created net-new datasets that enabled data science models for advertising cost optimization and simpler sales cycles.

Built a serverless viewership analytics system from scratch, replacing an existing manual process.

• Developed AWS and Python ETL pipelines backed by relational and NoSQL databases, delivering viewership data to executive dashboards in Domo.
• Designed the system to scale on demand while keeping baseline infrastructure costs low.
